All the arrangements are faithful to the Zillertaller and Oberkrainer traditions, specially adapted and elaborated by our Director M° Stefano Piovani (registered with SIAE as arranger and composer) to make them even more enjoyable and interesting as well as beautiful!
The musicians...
At KapuzinerBierBand® only professional musicians and/or those holding an Academic Diploma issued by the Conservatory of Higher Musical Education in their instrument and/or decades of proven experience work and perform.
The lineup consists of 1 Trumpet, 1 Clarinet/Trumpet, 2 Trombones, Mezzo-soprano Singer, Drums, Bass, Guitar, Keyboard-Accordion-Vocals, and our inseparable sound technician!
All musicians play and sing only and exclusively live, without backing tracks or sequences.
For greater protection and guarantee towards the organization and in compliance with current laws, it is certified that all musicians are employees of Arts&Management Srls for whom the required contributions are paid (agibilità provided ex-enpals).
It is reported that Legislative Decree January 15, 2016, no. 8 considers as an administrative offense - and no longer a criminal one - the employer's conduct for failure to pay social security withholdings not exceeding 10,000 euros per year, but provides for an administrative pecuniary sanction from a minimum of 10,000 euros to a maximum of 50,000 euros if the employer does not make the required payments.
In such case, the user of the professional service (i.e., the event organizer) is jointly liable.
For workers, where applicable, individual INPS contributions are paid by the undersigned Arts&Management Srls (agibilità ex-enpals).
We will provide, during the week prior to the event, the sending of the agibilità to your above-mentioned email as evidence of compliance with all legal requirements.
